what is BMR?

okay so don’t get scared by the term it is not any disease or a rocket science to understand it is just a parameter (method of calculation) to identify the amount energy your body burns while in resting state through out the day

WHY IT IS NECESSARY TO KNOW YOUR BMR ?

we have heard lot of time that ”are yaar may bhot khata hun pr weight nahi badh ta” or are yaar may itnu sa he khata hun fir bhi mota hun ” if we leave the calorie intake miscalculations part there is another one main key factor affecting your goals is BMR (BASAL METABOLIC RATE) generally people with more fat have low BMR & people with more muscle have high BMR .This is the reason why most of the teenagers are skinny or appear to be bit ripped
